Many people thinks that if, I want to speak English  language,  first I  have to learn grammar. I am telling you this is myths. Because grammar helps people to improve there writing and speaking skills. Think yourself you do not know English language yet you wanted to improve it! It is not possible. I should give you an example so that you  could understand more effectively. Suppose there is a child and he is 2 or 3 year old. When he begins to speak something, barely he can speak anithing. So, you can ask a question who taught him grammar ? Answer is no one. That child first of all listen to them very care fully. Than he begins to speak whether it is write or wrong. You should become like this child.

I meant to say that grammar helps people to improve language. Buy, I am not saying that grammar is useless. Suppose I can speak English. Than I can step foreword to improve my speaking language as  professional.  If you do not know about english language. So You can not improve. You should use English language daily basis as you used to hindi. "Is" used for singular "are" used for plural and "am" comes with I than we can start speaking. Like I am a student, you are doing well, and he is a boy. Like this you can use all helping verb while speaking. Most important is you should listen english whether it's T.V or radio.
